Why do you use Squarespace?

Squarespace is an all-in-one platform that’s easy for you to manage once your site is live. It’s reliable, secure, mobile-friendly, and doesn’t require constant maintenance or coding knowledge. That means you can make small edits, add content, and keep your site fresh without hiring additional help, therefore saving you a ton of money. Plus, it integrates seamlessly with e-commerce, booking, and email marketing tools—perfect for growing businesses.

Once your site is completed on my end, I will send the login details to you and you can choose your payment frequency: the rates for Squarespace are typically $267 for a yearly subscription or $16 - $36 for month to month subscriptions. I highly recommend the yearly subscription because you end up saving around 30% on subscription fees.

Domain purchase before your site is completed is unnecessary, once your site is created, I give it to you and you are welcome to change your domain name to whatever you like. Domains are typically free for the first year then resume at $20 per year.

Why do I even need a website? I already use Acuity!

Your website is your digital storefront. It builds credibility, showcases your brand 24/7, and gives potential clients a place to connect with you outside of social media. Unlike Instagram or Twitter/X, you own your website—so it can’t disappear with an algorithm change. A well-designed site also increases trust, boosts search visibility, and helps convert curious visitors into paying customers.

Acuity is a great tool for booking, but it’s not a complete brand experience. A full website gives your business a professional online home where you can showcase your story, services, testimonials, and personality in a way that a booking page can’t.

With a full site:

• Clients see your brand as credible and established

• You can guide people through your offers before they ever schedule

• It’s easier to rank in Google searches (Acuity links won’t do that)

• You have more control over design, content, and customer experience

Think of Acuity as your assistant, while your website is the entire storefront. Together, they make your business look and run like a pro.

What are your turnaround times?

Turnaround depends on the scope of your project, but most standard websites are completed within 7-14 days once all content and branding materials are provided. If you need something faster, I offer rush options depending on availability. During onboarding, I’ll give you a clear timeline so you know exactly what to expect.

What do I need to have ready before we start?

This is where things get fun — firstly, I’ll need all of the photos you think you want on your site, I can get an idea of fonts, color schemes, and overall vibes from your brand photos (linking your social media accounts for your brand on your booking form helps with this also!) If you already have a biography/about me page drafted, I can build upon it and perfect it for you. If not, don’t worry! I can create a custom page for you for a small fee. Rates, availability, and location are also needed for max client outreach. Once we do a consultation, I can give you a complete layout of all the materials I’ll need to make sure your site is perfected.

What are your payment methods and payment schedule?

I require full payment for websites upfront using the following:

• Bitcoin (fully encrypted, international client friendly)

• Zelle (0$ transaction fees)

• Paypal (please add a 5% upcharge for paypal transaction fees)

Unfortunately, I do not use Venmo or Cashapp due to payment reversals and monthly caps on payment acceptions.
